In Project Anmol-Nari Vikas Kendra our aim is to empowering women through income generating activities. It is an integrated approach to train women to make them self-sustainable. We conduct activities like computer education in collaboration with NIIT, dress making, zardozi and adda work, beauty culture, adult literacy programme, personality development programme, english speaking course, awareness programmes, information about govt. schemes. Self-help groups are formed regularly and with every new group ,a few more women find their voice and move towards self-reliance by training themselves in various skills , savings and credit, loaning and inter loaning. We organize health camps with free distribution of medicines. We provide such ancillary support like child care and legal aid. After the completion of the course women are either self-employed or are working in various export houses / boutiques and MNC’s.
